타액선질환에 대한 타액선조영상과 스캔상의 비교연구

Abstract

저자는 서울대학교병원 치과진료부에서 타액선질환으로 진단받은 환자 47명 (52 glands)
의 타액선조영상과 타액선스캔상을 비교하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 타액선의 염증성질환의 경우 타액선스캔이 타액선조영술을 대신 할 수 있는 보조조사
로서 가치가 있었다.
2. 타액선의 염증성질환의 경우 두 방법을 병행하였을 경우 더 많은 정보를 얻을 수 있었
다.
3. 타액선의 종양의 경우 타액선조영술이 타액선스캔보다 우수하였으나 두가지 방법 모두
타액선외 종양 진단에는 유효성이 적었다.

The purpose of this study was to aid in diagnosis of salivary gland disease by
comparing the sialogram with the scintigram.
In this study, 47 patients (52 glands) who had taken the sialography and the
scintigraphy were examined.
The result of two methods was compared with the clinical and operative diagnosis.
The following results are obtained.
1. In inflammatory diseases of the salivary gland, the scintigraphy can be a valuable
substitution for a sialography.
2. In inflammatory diseases of the salivary gland, we can get more informations in
case of the combined use of the sialography and the scintigraphy.
3. In tumorous lesion of the salivary gland, the sialography is superior to the
scintigraphy.
But both methods are less valuable in diagnosing the extraglandular tumors.
